- Make dinner an experience. Sit down with your partner or a friend and put your telephone away. Talk to each other and get reacquainted.
- Plan to spend time alone to read a book, watch a movie or just meditate a couple times during the week. Your brain and body need relaxation.
- Get at least 7 hours of sleep a night and some form of exercise a few times a week.
I found this great affordable red blend at Total Wine called Secret Reserve. It was full of fruit, soft tannins, low acidity and smooth. It was a Reserva from Chile under wine label of Santa Rita. It was a limited release so could only get a few bottles. Yummy.
